Me, Myself and I : I think that if you are reading think you probably know me by now, but if not, then : My friend called me X, yeah, must be the left over from my X-Philes day, I think I still am, really. So, it's X. What I do for a living is not really important, just know that most of the time it's boring. My favorite things to do... I read, a lot, and I write, some. I watch a lot of movie (certain kind of movie) and a lot of anime, yes Japanese Anime. I got a collection of them and also what I tried to watch with fansub on week to week basis (which is a lot) and go out and get the ones I like when it actually licenced and out in my neck of the wood.
Movies and Tv Show, oh yeah, those are the 'must' for me. I watch at least 10 shows each week, so that's a lot of TV right there, as for movie I tried to see them (the ones I'm interested in, which is easy to say that it doesn't include comedy or romance in anyway).
Music : NIN, Staind, Taking Back Sunday, Chevelle, Disturbed, P.Roach, Mary Elizabeth McGlyn, Evanescence, Finch, I think you kinda get the idea.
Books : murder mysteries, fantasy, horror, sci-fi, slash blah blah blah....
Layout --
Poster Girls : Sarah Connor and Cameron Philips
Series : Terminator : The Sarah Connor Chronicles
Program : The always faithful Photoshop and Dreamweaver, because I can't code everything by hand, just don't have that kind of patient.

project : showerstall (cont.)
project : showerstall (cont.)

First two pieces of the contact paper went up without a hitch, of course that was not the case with the next piece.
It was the biggest piece in all of this. And it gave me the most trouble. It was much too big for me to manage by myself, although I did, but not without some compromise. I had to separate the piece up, cutting some parts so that I could put them up. Before that, however, they were tangled up so badly I nearly had to throw the entire piece away (and that, will definitely ruin the entire piece and force me to do the whole thing over again)

There were some parts that, I will probably have to cut off, and form it into waterdrops and stuff. After fighting with it for almost 2 hours, I got it up, and now I'm just waiting for the mist that came from the soap mix spray to evaporate, so I can see where I have to fix.
Then a couple of nights later I put up the third piece (well, I cut and put up the third piece) This one suffered from the mistake I made with the big piece, due to some misplace, the piece was higher than it should, and so I had to fix this one by extended the stem of the leaf, which is a must, or risk ruining the one thing I can't modify.

The fairy was the one thing I can not modify without ruining it, so I had to keep it in the same place, and with that I extend other parts instead. Too bad that the head was right where the handle was, kinda ruin it a little. But that's how it comes, not much I can do, most picture starts at the bottom.
But looking at it from the other angle, I'll probably work on a new one when I feel like doing it, which could be in a few months from now, so not attach with this image would be a good idea.
It's not done yet, there'll be another 1 big piece and 1 small piece to go up.
On the other note, I want sheet music from Apocalyptica (like I'm all that proficient with violin to play, really.) I'm not good enough to play something like that yet, but it's good to have goal, right?
So, on that thought, my goal for my first course of violin is playing Apocalyptica's Hope. :) I'll even buy the sheet music.

I've decided that I'm going to make the Dragon from The Tale of Earthsea over again.
Since the page I got it from scanned the template from the book, I wasn't sure of the sizes, and if they are all in the correct proportion, because my first one I ran into that problem, the scale won't fit over the tale, so if they don't fit the tail, then the rest won't make any different, so I'm making it over again, and this time I'll fit it first before I glue it in.
So, tonight I'm gonna do the menu, as much as I could and then I'll start with the r/c illu of my friend's, but I'll have to get a hold of her first, cause I'm not sure of the size. Otherwise I would've started it awhile back.
Then after that, I'll go back to the dragon.
Quote I really liked today :
'Fairy tales do not tell children that dragons exist. Children already know that the dragons exist. Fairy tales tell children that dragons can be killed.' G.K. ChestertonLabels: g.k. chesterton, papercraft, quote, R/C Illustration

New R/C Illustration and 2 cuts on the fingers.
I'm not done with Hellsing, Sir Integra yet, but the damn details were killing me, so I'm putting it on hold. While I was reading Mai Otome (Mai Z-HiME) I saw a good illustration to do it so I did. It's of the Gakuenchou Natsuki Kruger and Meister Shizuru Viola.. LOL.
I went through the Hellsing one without any cuts or nicks, but this one, much smaller and shorter amout of time that I'm working on it, I already got 2 cuts. Nice. Bled all over the damn thing too.
Saw first ep of Mai Otome Zwei and I can't wait for fansub, cause I can't understant Japanese!! It looked totally awesome though. And when Natsuki came around asking if they could contact Shizuru (I assumed) and one of the Aswald said something about pretty girl she was scolding at her. It was funny. In the manga it was made pretty clear that they were together. I also can't wait for vol 5 of the manga.
Very interesting beginning all the Meister Otome get together to either destroy or deviate the meteorite, Haruka was as usual, loud and up front. (I didn't see Shizuru 'Kyouen no Marasakizoushou' there though, maybe she was since she wasn't with Natsuki) And while the weapons they use destroyed part of the
meteorite Arika went after the big chuck that got away and destroyed it.
Well, that, of course, the beginning of trouble.
We get to see Natsuki and Shizuru in swimsuits again. :) Got to see Miss Maria in her young form and get her butt kicked. Good to see that they tried to prevent the same thing happened before by created the surrogate system for the Pillar.
I'm very much looking forward to the rest of the OVA.
Just got the entire series of Fullmetal Alchemist on dvd in a leather case. I actually contemplating ordering it from Amazon.com, but well, just too many so when I saw this and it was on sale it was perfect. :) I'm happy about it.
Kannazuki no Miko was also licenced here, but not release yet, I can't wait, but if it's too long I might just order it, least waiting for the slow ass release here. Mai Otome is also going to get release, of course I'll get that as well.
